About the platform
myminimarche is operated by 344 Media. We provide storefront tools and a directory of independent businesses. Merchants are responsible for the goods and services they offer; we do not manufacture, hold or deliver their products.
Shopping and order requests
Submitting a request saves the details and lets you contact the merchant. It does not guarantee stock, confirm a sale, or prove payment. Confirm the final price, applicable taxes, delivery, timing and payment directly with the merchant before paying.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants must provide accurate business information, prices, descriptions, availability and contact details. You are responsible for the rights to your content, required licences, product safety, taxes, fulfilment, customer service and compliance with laws that apply to your business.
Accounts and security
Merchant account holders must be at least 18 and authorized to represent their business. Keep your sign-in details secure. Do not access another merchant's information or share customer data beyond what is needed to fulfil an order.
Subscriptions
Plan features and prices are listed on our pricing page. Prices are CAD unless stated otherwise. Monthly plans are billed monthly and annual plans yearly. When paid signup is available, the checkout will state the recurring amount before you subscribe. Cancel future renewal through your billing portal; access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not by itself refund an earlier payment. Contact support with billing errors or refund requests; applicable mandatory consumer rights remain available.
Payments and refunds on merchant orders
Merchant payments are separate from platform subscriptions. Some stores provide external payment links. An order is marked paid only when the merchant confirms it. Ask the merchant about returns, cancellations and refunds before purchase. Contact our support team if you need help reporting an unresolved issue.
Store visibility and moderation
Publishing makes a store available at its direct link. Marketplace listing is a separate choice. An unlisted store is still public to people with its link. An eligible subscription is required for paid store features. We may restrict a store for policy breaches, fraud, security issues or legal requirements. Listing does not guarantee traffic or sales.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content and grant the permission needed to store, display and operate it through the platform. Only upload material you have permission to use. We may remove content that infringes rights or breaches our marketplace guidelines.
Availability, changes and leaving
We maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or guaranteed sales. Features and these terms may change; material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply. Contact support for account closure or data requests. Records may need to be retained for security, disputes, accounting or legal obligations.
