Be accurate and transparent
Use truthful product descriptions, photos you have rights to use, current prices and a reachable business contact. Explain delivery limits, timing, return terms and any conditions before a customer pays.
Sell responsibly
Do not offer illegal goods or services, stolen or counterfeit products, malware, scams, weapons, controlled drugs, sexually exploitative content or products that infringe another person's rights. Regulated goods require appropriate licences and compliance; if your category requires age verification or special controls that this platform does not provide, do not list it here.
Respect people and their information
No harassment, hateful abuse, threats, deceptive impersonation or unsolicited spam. Use customer details for the order and agreed support, not unrelated marketing without permission. Do not publish private contact details without authorization.
Keep payments honest
Do not misrepresent a payment, ask customers to share card numbers in order notes, or use the platform to disguise prohibited transactions. Make clear who receives payment and who supplies the product.
Report a problem
Use the support form with the store link, product name and a description. Do not send passwords or card details. We can review reports, unlist content or suspend a store when appropriate. Merchants can contact support to request a review of a moderation decision.
